Carrot Ginger

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of vegetable or bone broth (depending on the consistency you desire) 
  • 3 cups steamed carrots
  • 1 large steamed zucchini
  • 1 large bunch of green scallions
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Throw all the veggies in your 360 pot steamer. Allow the veggies to steam up for a few minutes. Transfer all the ingredients to a Vitamix blender. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper and enjoy fresh warmness.
