1 Block of Unsweetened ACAI
1/4 Cup of Blueberries
1 Cup of Spinach
1/2 Tablespoon of ground Chia Seeds
1 tsp of MCT Oil
Sweeten with Stevia Liquid Drops. I like 1 to 2 full droppers.
